How long does shipping take for custom builds?
Standard orders ship within 2 business days. Custom-assembled builds require 5-7 business days for hand-tuning and quality testing before dispatch.
Can I hot-swap the switches on my keyboard?
Most OZO models feature hot-swappable PCBs, allowing you to change switches easily without any soldering required.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Please note that custom-built keyboards may be subject to a restocking fee.
