At OZO Keyboards, we want to ensure your typing experience is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your build, our streamlined exchange process makes it easy to find your perfect match.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OZO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the keyboard in its original retail packaging, ensuring all keycaps, cables, and switches are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to OZO

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
